Welcome to your online and in person lunchtime Guided sessions – suitable for all –Give your day the boost it deserves. Refresh your mind, your ideas and give your mind that well deserved break. Bring the joy of having a rested mind into the rest of your day. These sessions are short,  to the point and feature simple meditations. You are of course free to sit and engage in self guidance and do what you feel is best for you. It’s the support for your practice that matters.
