The twenty one Tara’s. This thanka has special significance to us at DBG as this was Akong Tulku Rinpoches monastery in Tibet’s main deity. Green Tara protects against fear. His monastery was called Drolma Hlakang or the temple of Green Tara. This Thanka was commissioned by Lama Jiga and painted by Ringu tulkus brother, the Tibetan master artist R.D. Salga in his Kathmandu Studio. This is an early morning practice in its short form. This beautiful image in the Karma Gadri Style is available in 4 sizes to download and print on to any material you wish.
