  1. Beginners Meditation – 2.00 – 3.30 pm

Awakening to the joy of the present moment.

We will explain what meditation is and how to get started. It’s not as hard as you think, all you need is a sincere desire to open your heart and mind to the present moment. This session open to all and will be led by either Lama Jiga or Maggie Powell.

Course Includes –

  • How to get started with sitting meditation
  • Simple posture
  • Mindfulness – Using the breath
  • From mindfulness to awareness

2.Discovery Days – 10.30 am – 3.00 pm

Discovery days are about discovering the joy of using everyday action as your meditation practice. You discover how to awaken to the joy of the present moment whether sitting standing, lying or walking. Lama Jiga how to get started using your life as your practice. Again, it’s not as hard as you think, just a sincere desire to open your heart and mind to resting in the present moment in any of these situations. The Discovery sessions are suitable for everyone – beginners and the more experienced.
